Refund policy

Damages and issues

All items will be inspected prior to being uploaded to the site or being shown on a live sale/story sale. If there are damages shown once items are received please feel free to contact us.

Refunds/Exchanges

 Unfortunately we do not offer Refunds or Exchanges  at this time. However, if your item is deemed to be returnable you will have two days to ship the items back once approved. Once the items are received you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping. You will be contacted via email with confirmation that your refund has been processed.
